With Microsoft and the Nobel Prize Foundation, we built a digital archive celebrating the 19 women laureates in the sciences powered by Microsoft AI.

This involved collecting and digitizing all of their correspondence, interviews, scientific papers, and images from their personal and professional lives. We then used machine learning to index all of these materials and surface connections across the archive and interactive biographies for each laureate.

The "Explore" mode allows users to browse through the entire database and see the connections between its different items. It features with two different display modes: "Scatter" or Grid".
